Call to participate in EFCB workshops

The Fundación Autor/SGAE (Spanish Copyright Management Society) is taking applications for the 10th edition of the European Films Crossing Borders (EFCB) workshop, to be held May15-17 during the Cannes International Film Festival.
With a panel of tutors that includes Claudia Landsberger (Holland Film), John Durie (Strategic Film Marketing), Spanish producer Antonio Saura (Zebra Producciones) and Jan Vandierendonck (Eurimages), EFCB has agreed, together with the Cannes Market, to select 10 shorts from EFCB applicants, which will screen at the Short Film Corner, an event parallel to the main festival dedicated to short films.
Supported by the Media Training programme of the European Union, EFCB workshops will continue at the San Sebastian Film Festival (September 2006) and in the Berlinale (February 2007).
The deadline for applications is April 18.
