"Nowadays, human trafficking is one of the biggest plagues of Europe, a continent that is opening itself internally, yet also increasingly closing itself off to everything that is exterior. Produced by Paulo Branco for Clap Filmes, Transe marks the return of the filmmaker behind the acclaimed titles Alex, Três Irmãos, Os Mutantes and Água e Sal. Gemini Films will handle international sales.
