"The festival results are obvious proof that greater investment is needed in culture," said FilmItalia President Giovanni Galoppi. "Together with Gaetano Blandini, the Director General of the Ministry of Culture, we are promoting meetings with the heads of Japanese film production to set in motion a protocol agreement for co-productions between the two countries."
