Philip Gröning to preside over Venice jury

Philip Gröning will preside over the jury of the Horizons section of the 63rd Venice Film Festival (August 30-September 9).

The German director, born in Düsseldorf in 1959, has won several awards, including two Bronze Leopards at Locarno (The terrorists! in 1992 and L'amour, l'argent, l'amour in 2000) and has had success this year with documentary film Into Great Silence [+see also:
