This afternoon marked the official birth of Europa Distribution, the most important network of independent European distributors, at the Cannes Film Festival. Baptised at a press conference organised by Club Unifrance, the association, presided over by filmmaker Robert Guédiguian, already has fifty European companies under its wing.
