Goodbye, Christophe de Ponfilly
French director, journalist and writer Christophe de Ponfilly committed suicide Tuesday at the age of 55.
A passionate expert on Afghanistan, he made several documentaries on the country, including Massoud, l'Afghan, which was released in theatres. He had just finished filming his first feature film, L'étoile du soldat [+see also:
