The European Film Export Association (EFEA) has appointed new adjudicators of disputes in Germany: Dieter Menz (Atlas Film & TV Produktion), RA Thomas von Petersdorff-Campen (Petersdorff Keim Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft) and RA Jochem Strate (Strate + Zauleck Rechtsanwälte).

Adjudication has now become an important instrument to resolve disputes between international companies. In May 2006, the EFEA set up an international adjudication court based in Paris in order to resolve disputes between contractual partners in the speediest manner possible, which would incur the least amount of financial damages.
