film profile], will be the Italian ''Shooting Star'' of 2007. The event, promoted by European Film Promotion with support from the European Union’s MEDIA Programme, is already at its tenth edition and has launched 200 new talents.
From February 10-12, during the Berlin Film Festival , 25 of the most interesting young European actors will be presented to the international media and will have the opportunity to meet some of the most important casting directors. For the first time this year, EFP will also present young actors from Poland, Romania and Slovakia.
Trinca made a splendid debut with Nanni Moretti in The Son’s Room [+see also:
film profile], the Palme d’Or winner of the 2001 Cannes Film Festival, and after some hesitation continued her career with The Best of Youth [+see also:
