Starring Judy Dench and Cate Blanchett, the film portrays the difficult friendship between two teachers at a London high school. Released on February 2 in the UK and a four-time Oscar nominee (including for Best Actress and Best Supporting Actress), Notes on a Scandal was recently presented in competition at the Berlinale (see article).
