Two new calls for proposals published

The MEDIA programme has launched two calls for proposals aimed at supporting the promotion of European films in Europe and outside Europe:
1. The call for proposals for Promotion and Access to Markets is aimed at European companies whose activities contribute to increase the circulation and viewership of European audiovisual works. Deadlines for submission:
- 29th June, 2007 for annual projects taking place in 2008 AND projects starting between 01st January, 2008 and 31st May, 2008.
- 07th December, 2007 for projects starting between 01st June, 2008 and up to 31st December, 2008.
2. The call for proposals for to support the promotion of European audiovisual works and professionals outside MEDIA countries is aimed at European companies whose activities contribute to the promotion of European films and professionals outside Europe. Deadline for submission of applications: 29th June, 2007.
