The Boss of it All finds UK distributor

Diffusion Pictures has just acquired all UK rights to Lars von Trier’s comedy The Boss of It All [+see also:

. The deal was struck between Diffusion co-founder Jono Stevens and Trust Film Sales executive Natja Rosner.

“Lars Von Trier has always been on the Diffusion wish list,” said Stevens. “He is one of the most creative and exciting directors in the world and we feel privileged to be bringing his latest film to UK audiences”.

The Boss of It All was successfully released in other key European territories, such as Italy (185,845 admissions for Lucky Red) and France (over 80,000 for Les Films du Losange) and has been sold to more than 30 territories worldwide by Trust, Zentropa’s international sales arm.

Lars von Trier’s Danish comedy is the second Scandinavian film to be acquired by the one year-old UK distribution outfit Diffusion Pictures, with the Norwegian art-house hit Reprise [+see also:
