by Alain Corneau (out October 24) and Olivier Marchal’s MR-73 (out February 2008), the famous actor has turned to lighter features, starting with Nicolas & Bruno's La Personne aux deux personnes, shot in June and July, in which he appears along with Alain Chabat and Marina Foïs (see news).

Written by the directing duo (behind 2003’s La Beuze and 2004’s 11 commandements), who freely adapted two novellas by Vincent Ravalec, Ma fille a 14 ans is about brilliant scientist Philippe Le Tallec (Auteuil), who lives in the US.

Obliged to return to France to take care of his daughter Eglantine, whom he did not raise, he hopes to take advantage of this opportunity to develop a strong bond with her and make up for lost time.

But the 14 year-old has other things on her mind other than spending time with her family. She is busy with friends, parties and especially boys and the father very quickly finds himself overwhelmed by it all.

Produced by Patrice Ledoux and Luc Bossi for Pulsar Productions, Ma fille a 14 ans (which has a ten-week shoot) received co-production and pre-sales support from TF1 Films Production.

Co-producer Gaumont will handle the title’s French release in 2008, as well as international sales.
