New events at Sorrento Screenings
Carlo Verdone, Christian De Sica, Riccardo Scamarcio, Silvio Muccino, Valeria Golino, Sergio Rubini and Giovanni Veronesi are just some of the guests attending the 30th edition of the Sorrento Professional Screenings (November 27-30), organised by ANEC, the national exhibitors association, in collaboration with ANEM and ANICA.
Approximately 2,000 industry players will participate in the event, including exhibitors, distributors, producers, directors, screenwriters, actors, sellers and journalists. New this year are a series of special conventions created to present distribution slates and trailers, which will be run by a sole distribution company and during which directors and actors will present many of the local films on release in the coming months.

Lastly, the event will also hold the awards ceremony of the Biglietti d'oro (“Golden Tickets”), given to the most successful artists, films and cinemas of 2007.
