Shake the Devil Off honoured at Montreal
Peter Entell’s Shake The Devil Off closed the 10th International Documentary Film Festival in Montreal, where it had its international premiere on November 17 and received the Best Editor Award. The jury included Canadian editors Josée Beaudet, François Dupuis and France Pilon.
Unveiled in August at the Locarno International Film Festival, the documentary recounts the closing of a parish in New Orleans six months after the impact of Hurricane Katrina.
