The second edition of the EFP event Picture Europe! The Best of European Cinema will open in Munich on February 21 with Claude Miller's latest film, A Secret [+see also:

The French director will attend the opening ceremony of six days dedicated to European films that have made a splash at their domestic box offices.
Although not fully unveiled, Picture Europe's programme in Munich will include Warden of the Dead [+see also:

film profile] by Bulgarian director Ilian Simenov, Short Circuits by Janez Lapajne (Slovenia), Danish director Peter Schønau Fog's feature debut The Art of Crying [+see also:

film profile], by Greece’s Angeliki Antoniou. The four titles are Oscar hopefuls in their respective countries.
