AWARDS Finland

11 Jussi nominations for A Man’s Job

by

Aleksi Salmenperä’s A Man’s Job received the most nominations (11) for Finland’s top film honours, the Jussi Awards, including Best Film, Director, Script and Actor (Tommi Korpela).

Produced by Blind Spot Pictures, A Man’s Job screened at nearly 40 world film festivals last year, picking up the most international prizes for a Finnish film, including Best Actor in Marrakesh last month. The film is also Finland’s entry this year for the Oscar shortlist in the Best Foreign Language Film category.
