Bond 22 title revealed
The 22nd James Bond film will be titled Quantum of Solace. The title is from a 1960 short story collection by Bond creator Ian Fleming.
Producer Michael Wilson unveiled a minute’s footage from the new film to the press at Pinewood Studios. The spectacular sequence shows Bond fighting gymnastically on a rope post an art gallery explosion in Siena, Italy.
Speaking about the title, star Daniel Craig said that it reflects 007’s mental state after the events of Casino Royale [+see also:

film profile]. “His heart’s been broken and he’s sort of going out to find the guy who’s responsible. So he’s looking for revenge to make himself happy with the world again. But it also alludes to something else in the film,” he said.
French actor Mathieu Amalric, who plays the villain Dominic Greene, took a political dig when he revealed that his character had “the smile of Tony Blair and the crazy eyes of Nicolas Sarkozy.”
