NNC-Lab, institutions and young people discuss cinema
The top institutions of Italian cinema yesterday morning met with young directors, producers and screenwriters during the last day of NCN-Lab, the workshop of the New Cinema Network .
The initiative, the product of an agreement between the Fondazione Cinema per Roma and the federal Department for Youth Politics and Sports Activities, gave six directors under the age of 35 who have already made one short film the chance to meet with international producers, DoPs and buyers.
The third edition of the New Cinema Network, held from October 23-27 will have two sections this year: NCN–Focus Europe (for the best second film project) and NCN–International (which will allows young directors from throughout the world to present new films to potential buyers).
The NCN–Lab will also be held again, for those who have made their first feature.
