Fair fetes French film

- 24 French films in 3 Portuguese cities including premieres from Rohmer, Breillat, Noé and Benoît Jacquot

The Portuguese cities of Lisbon, Porto and Coimbra will host the 3rd French Film Fair from 10 to 24 October 2002, during which 24 French films will be screened.
They include a number of Portuguese premieres including A ma soeur by Catherine Breillat, Eric Rohmer’s L’anglaise e le Duc, Nicole Garcia’s L’adversaire and Gaspar Noé’s Irréversible.
Portuguese audiences will also be given a rare opportunity of seeing a number of world premieres of films like Benoît Jacquot’s latest offering, Adolphe.
The event is organised by the French Embassy , the Franco-Portuguese Institute and with the colaboration of Unifrance and the City of Lisbon.
