The tax shelter is a mechanism that allows any company paying taxes in Belgium to invest part of its revenue in audiovisual productions and detract 150% of the amount invested. A consistent part of the production costs has to be invested in Belgium. This has permitted Belgian production companies to increase their number of film productions and audiovisual works. Four Belgian producers talk about their personal experience and how the tax shelter allowed the internationalization of their work.
