Atefeh and her best friend Shirin go to the hip parties in Teheran. They try to make the most of their youth while they can while Mehren, Atefeh's brother, becomes a member of the vice squad. He disapproves severely of the young women's need for freedom. However, he falls in love with Shirin. His feelings soon become obsessive and put the relationship between the two friends to the test.
