film profile] is a Hungarian production, screened in competition at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, where it emerged victorious, winning the Crystal Globe for Best Film. The story follows the family of Ernella, who left Hungary for Scotland in search of a better life a year ago, but come back struggling with serious financial problems. They move in with Ernella’s sister’s family, and these two families that have never really got along that well with each other are now forced to share an unusual apartment. We met up with Hajdu at the festival to talk about the movie.
