The French director discussed his approach to different animation techniques, elaborating on a masterclass conducted at Animest
French director Pierre-Luc Granjon started his career in the stop-motion studio Folimage as a puppet maker. Since his directing debut, the stop-motion short film A Little Adventure (2001), he has experimented with a variety of animation techniques from cut-out paper to pinscreen.
In an interview with GoCritic! at the 19th Bucharest International Animation Film Festival (Animest), Granjon discussed his approach to different techniques. He was a member of the Animest jury for the feature film and Romanian competitions in addition to giving a masterclass.
