is a widely acclaimed animated film that follows the heartwarming friendship between a dog and a robot in 1980s New York City. In an interview with GoCritic! at the 19th Bucharest International Animation Film Festival (Animest), Robot Dreams art director José Luis Ágreda shares insights into his creative process, what it was like adapting Sara Varon's 2007 graphic novel of the same name for the screen and director Pablo Berger's approach to finding emotion in the eyes of his characters.
