Behind the scenes of an ambitious production of the opera « The Marriage of Figaro », tensions rise when an allegation of sexual assault erupts, jeopardising the production and forcing everyone to take sides. Ideological and generational conflicts surface and, as always in Agnès Jaoui’s cinema, laughter is never far from drama.
