We sat down with Austrian director Sandra Wollner to discuss Everytime, premiering in the Un Certain Regard section of the 79th Cannes Film Festival. The film explores grief, guilt and the impossible desire to step back into the past. Anchored by the impressive presence of young actress Lotte Shirin Keiling, Everytime turns grief into something tender, unsettling and strangely hypnotic, beneath a never-ending sunset in Tenerife.
