We caught up with some of the winners of the CineLink Industry Days awards (see the news) at the 32nd Sarajevo Film Festival to hear about their projects and what the awards mean for their next steps.
Among the feature-film projects, the Eurimages Co-production Development Awards went to Emilija Gašić’s Wolf Days, produced by Dragana Jovović, and Oleksandr Roshchyn’s Mamayi, produced by Viktor Shevchenko. In the series section, Teona Strugar Mitevska and Sonja Prosenc’s horror-comedy Little Yugoslavia, produced by Labina Mitevska, received the Female Voices CineLink Award, while Filip Mojzeš’s The First Week of August, staged by Tamara Babun Zovko and Matija Drniković, won the HBO Award.
