Veronika is a girl like many others, that the parents wanted to protect at all costs, lying to her about his past. She was the result of a rape that occurred during the Bosnian-Serbian conflict and she grew up without knowing it.  When Veronika discovers the truth, everything becomes different to her. Everything she thought was real, suddenly no longer is.
