Bram Van Cauwenberghe and Marie Brumagne are friends and former film students who share the same world views. Van Cauwenberghe began as a student of political science before moving onto documentary filmmaking in Spain and Brumagne studied directing at the Institute of Broadcasting Arts in Belgium. The two crossed paths whilst working on a road movie which, unfortunately, was never completed. However, these kindred spirits have recently returned from the 18th FICA festival in Brazil, with the prize for best documentary feature film in their pocket and are getting ready to appear at both the Ostend and Milan film festivals.  was born out of the friendships and meetings made in one place and bristles with anger against the violence and absurdity of the world we live in.
