The German-based Ukrainian director Mykyta Gibalenko talks to us about his debut feature Camouflage, in competition in the 23rd Giornate degli Autori at Venice. It tells the story of a young Ukrainian who leaves his country to build a new life in Germany, until the Russian invasion gives new meaning to that separation.
