The event for top national and international players in the audiovisual industry, the Audiovisual Producers Summit, is back for its second edition. Following the success of the previous summit held in Matera, this year's event will take place against the backdrop of the Miramare Castle in Trieste from 19-21 July.

The summit is organised by Cinecittà for the Directorate General of Cinema and Audiovisual of the Ministry of Culture in association with APA, with the support of MiC, MAECI|Ice, the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region, and with the collaboration of Promo Turismo FVG and FVG Film Commission. The event will also see the participation of MPA (Motion Picture Association), PGA (Producers Guild of America), which will facilitate the involvement of numerous personalities from the North American industry, as well as CNC and Unifrance.

This three-day event will bring together top players from around the world, reaffirming its role as a platform for dialogue between national operators, institutions, and key players in the global audiovisual landscape. Just like the first edition, the summit will be led by Roberto Stabile, Head of Special Projects at the DGCA of MiC at Cinecittà.

Producers, creatives, and directors will be at the heart of a diverse programme featuring high-level keynotes and panels focused on pressing topics in the audiovisual industry. These discussions will delve into market trends, determining industry directions, and taking stock of incentives and support services for productions in Italy. There will also be a focus on developing and producing television shows that cater to a global audience.

Trieste will also become a stage for prominent guests and talents during the prestigious Maximo Awards ceremony, which recognises the leading figures in the Italian audiovisual industry.
