Awarded by a jury of critics and film professionals presided over by Gilles Jacob, the highly prestigious 2024 Louis-Delluc Prize for the year’s best French film was given to Misericordia [+lee también:

Unveiled in Cannes Première and starring Félix Kysyl, Catherine Frot, Jean-Baptiste Duran and Jacques Develay, Misericordia was produced by CG Cinema, and co-produced by Scala Films and Arte France Cinéma, Spanish outfit Andergraun Films and Portuguese company Rosa Filmes, with international sales handled by Les Films du Losange (which also led the French distribution with 206,000 tickets sold so far).
The 2024 Louis-Delluc Prize for Best First Film was given to Ghost Trail [+lee también:

Produced by Films Grand Huit, the feature, starring Adam Bessa and Tawfeek Barhom in the lead roles, was also co-produced by Arte France Cinéma and by German outfit NiKo Film as well as Belgian company Hélicotronc. International sales are handled by mk2 Films, and Memento Distribution has released the film in France, selling a total of 162,000 tickets.
