Carlitos, an orphan boy of 12, dreams of being a soccer player. When he finds out that the Spanish Soccer Federation is looking for new talents for the Spanish team competing in the next European Junior Championship, Carlitos hopes to fulfil his dream. But Carlitos has friends and two precious allies: the Janitor of the Institute, Diego who has spent his 35 years of life in the orphanage and is a great soccer player, and Maite the beautiful nutritionist who Diego secretly loves.
