Still inspired by the homonymous book by Carlo Bonini and Giancarlo di Cataldo, the eight new episodes of the series that sees the Church, corrupt politicians and organised crime clash in a bloody struggle for control of the coast of Ostia, are written by Barbara Petronio, who is also responsible for editorial supervision, along with Ezio Abbate and Fabrizio Bettelli. The protagonists will be the same characters who won over the audience in the first series: Aureliano (Alessandro Borghi), Spadino (Giacomo Ferrara, just seen at Rotterdam in Look Up [+lire aussi :

Which new alliances will be strengthened and what new strategies will they devise to gain control of the Roman coastline?
The second season of Suburra will be released on the Internet TV platform Netflix (109 million subscribers worldwide) between the end of 2018 and the beginning of 2019.
