This week Serbia announced their submissions for the Best Foreign Language Academy Award 2019. The Serbian Academy of Arts and Sciences has opted for Dejan Zečević's black-and-white arthouse thriller Offenders [+lire aussi :

fiche film], which had its world premiere at the Chicago Film Festival and went on to win two critics awards, as well as Best Screenplay for Djordje Milosavljević at the Serbian National Awards at Belgrade FEST.
