Italian sales company True Colours continues to establish itself as a major player in the international sales field with an impressive line-up at Berlin’s 2019 European Film Market. The films in premiere this year include thrillers, comedies, a costumed adventure movie, horrors, dramas and even a musical film. The Invisible Witness [+lire aussi :

by Stefano Mordini, produced by Warner Bros. Ent. Italia and Picomedia and starring Riccardo Scamarcio and Miriam Leone, definitely belongs to this first category. The film tells the story of a young businessman accused of murdering his lover and took €2.2 million during its first seven weeks at the box office.

by Guido Chiesa (Colorado with Medusa), De Luigi plays a divorced musical instrument shop owner who cares dearly for his 10-year-old daughter. (the Sofia in the title). However, one day, he bumps into an old flame (Micaela Ramazzotti) who has absolutely no interest in children whatsoever. The film has taken €2.9 million at the Italian box office so far.

The documentary details the fascinating story of the boxer, Mirco “The Predator” Ricci, who became champion of the World Boxing Association. Filmed by his coach Caramaschi from the age of six, Mirco grows up among violence and criminality in the Roman suburbs. After enduring alcoholism, fights and shootouts, during which he is injured, Mirco ends up in jail, accused of kidnapping a minor, before ultimately being found not guilty.
