Written by Bruni himself, the story revolves around Bruno Salvati, a film director of scant success who is coming to terms with his separation from his wife Anna with whom he has two children, twenty-year-old Adele and seventeen-year-old Tito. After a sudden illness, Bruno is diagnosed with a condition which requires the intervention of a donor. All his family ties are called into question, including his relationship with his father Umberto, the custodian of a secret which will oblige Bruno to embark upon a journey in search of someone who can help him.

Appearing in the cast alongside Rossi Stuart are Lorenza Indovina, Barbara Ronchi, Giuseppe Pambieri, Raffaella Lebboroni, Nicola Nocella, Fotiní Peluso and Tancredi Galli.

Everything's Gonna Be Alright is produced by Palomar in league with Vision Distribution; the latter will also be handling the film’s distribution.
