) and from Mexico Karla Souza, who starred in the first instalment of this mini-saga.

The film is currently being shot over the next few weeks in Madrid, Valladolid and Mexico and tells the story of the Pitus gang going camping when summer arrives in 1991. To the rhythm of the catchiest songs of the year, each of them will fall in love with the illusion that only a fourteen-year-old can have.

Producer Enrique López Lavigne (El Estudio) states, “we will evoke the musical memory of nostalgia with songs by António Vega, Duncan Dhu, Miguel Bosé, Seguridad Social and Chimo Bayo and we will have an original soundtrack, like in the classic musicals by Alejandro Serrano. We will focus on this gang’s adventures as they open up to love. We will travel to Mexico to learn the stories of Layla's character (played by Karla Souza) in the present day and witness the reunion of two worlds and two generations through Latin music.”

Voy a pasármelo mejor is a film by El Estudio Filmmakers Spain, in co-production with Paraíso Torres de Satélite (Mexico), in association with Publicis Rebellion, with the participation of RTVE, Prime Video, ICAA and Valladolid City Council, through the Department of Tourism, Events and City Branding, through Valladolid Film Commission. The film is scheduled to be released in Spain on 20 June 2025, distributed by Beta Fiction Spain.
