With a script by David Sueiro and Gonzalo Bendala, the film introduces us to Jaime (played by Óscar Casas), a lawyer trapped in a life that is suffocating him, who discovers induced lucid dreaming when he meets the enigmatic Clara (Fiona Palomo) - she introduces him to a method that makes it possible to completely control the dream world. Together, they share dreams and a refuge where the young man finds the freedom that reality denies him. But the more he immerses himself in that universe, the more blurred the boundaries between dream and waking life become.

“It's a story about the limits of consciousness and the need to escape a life we don’t feel is our own,” say the film’s makers, “as it delves into terrain as fascinating as it is real: lucid dreams. The movie draws inspiration from these methods and from the growing community of oneironauts, whose testimonies and experiences have fed into the movie’s narrative.”

) confirms: “What always fascinated me about this script is that it talks about something real, because we’ve discovered the existence of oneironauts, or lucid dreamers: people who use various techniques to become lucid in their dreams, controlling what happens within them. Watch Your Dreams is about the need to take the reins of your own life through the metaphor of the dream world. But is it really possible to control our destiny, or is it just a mere illusion?”

Watch Your Dreams is being produced by Marta Velasco, for Áralan Films, and Lucidez AIE, with the participation of HBO Max, RTVE and Canal Sur Radio y Televisión, and the support of the Regional Government of Andalusia via the Andalusian Agency for Cultural Institutions under the Ministry of Culture. It also boasts the involvement of CREA SGR. The film will be released in 2026, with Film Factory Entertainment handling sales, while AF Pictures will cover Latin American territories.
