Set in an opulent villa bathed in the Catalonian sun, Rosebush Pruning centres on US siblings Jack, Ed, Anna and Robert, who live in self-imposed isolation, insulated by inherited wealth and emotional dependency. As they avoid the demands of their blind father and seek affection and validation through one another, their fragile equilibrium is shattered when Jack, the eldest brother and emotional linchpin of the family, announces his intention to move in with his girlfriend, Martha. His decision triggers a chain reaction that leads Ed to uncover the truth behind their mother’s death, causing long-buried lies to surface and the family structure to slowly unravel.
