The first edition of the Brussels International Film Festival drew to a close on Saturday 30 June by unveiling its list of winners. The Grand Prix in the European Competition was bestowed upon the feature debut by French director Bertrand Mandico, The Wild Boys [+leggi anche:

The Wild Boys, a coming-of-age tale depicting the fantastic and epic odyssey undertaken by five young boys who are the subjects of a mysterious trial and subsequently transform into girls, has enjoyed a string of festival appearances since being selected at Venice, before its inclusion in the European Competition programme at the BRIFF.
