In the official competition of the Kimolos IFF, six films will participate, all of which will have their Greek premieres at the event. Three movies have been selected to compete for the Discovery Prize. The line-up includes the short documentary The Last Hunt by Charalambos Giannakakis, the short fiction film Nothing Holier than a Dolphin by Isabella Margara and the documentary The Every Man / Woman by Giorgos Loukas, which will have its world premiere at the festival.

A distinguished four-member jury, led by renowned Greek distributor Zinos Panagiotidis (Rosebud.21), will be responsible for awarding the prizes. The other members of the jury include Iliana Zakopoulou from Hellas Film, of the Greek Film Centre, Greek film producer Katia Pantazi and Filio Louvari, director of the From the Sea Festival.

The Kimolos International Film Festival is organised by Glory Films in partnership with the Region of South Aegean, and with the support of the Greek National Tourism Organization, the Municipality of Kimolos, ERT SA, the Greek Film Centre and the General Secretariat of the Aegean & Island Policy.
