Written by Antoine Raimbault and Marc Syrigas (The French Kissers [+leggi anche:

scheda film]), the film tells the story of an MEP who is shocked by the mystery-shrouded dismissal of the European Health Commissioner and who subsequently throws himself into a full-blown counter-inquiry from the corridors of Parliament…
Une affaire de principe is produced by Marc Bordure on behalf of Agat Films and by Alexandre Mallet-Guy for Memento Films Productions, in co-production with Belgian firms La Cie Cinéma - Panache and France 3 Cinéma. Pre-purchased by Canal+, Ciné+ and France Télévisions, the feature film is also supported by the CNC by way of an advance on receipts, as well as by the Grand Est region, the City of Strasbourg and the SOFICA companies Cofinova, Indefilms, Cineventure, Cinecap and La Banque Postale Image. Scheduled to last 40 days, filming will take place in Strasbourg and Brussels before wrapping on 20 October, with Steeven Petitteville heading up photography. The film’s release in French cinemas is entrusted to Memento Distribution and international sales to Charades.
