For the record, during the award’s competition period, the European Parliament organises free screenings of the nominated films across the EU, providing subtitles in the 24 languages of the EU. The LUX Audience Award allows the audience, together with Members of the European Parliament, to determine the winner by rating the films here. Ten lucky citizens who rate the LUX nominees will be randomly selected to attend the award ceremony at the European Parliament, where they will have the opportunity to meet the film directors.
