On 22 February in Zagreb, filming began on Igor Jelinović’s feature-length debut Honey Bunny (original title Koke). Apart from Zagreb, the coastal city of Split and the towns of Kaštela and Trogir in its vicinity, as well as the islands of Hvar and Čiovo, will feature as shooting locations throughout March.
Igor Jelinović is a Croatian filmmaker with a dozen short films and one mid-length fiction film under his belt. His feature-length debut tells the story of Tonina, guilt-ridden for cheating her sister Tajana out of inheriting the luxurious family house on the island of Hvar. In order to clear her conscience, she does everything to help her nephew get back on his feet.

scheda film]), with Aleksandra Janković, Stojan Matavulj, Leon Lučev, Anamarija Veselčić and Šimun Šitum in supporting roles. The script was written by the filmmaker himself. Crew-wise, Marko Jerbić is appointed as the cinematographer, Tomislav Stojanović as the editor, Veronika Radman as the production designer, and Katarina Bilan as the costume designer, while Dušica Vuksanović is in charge of the make-up department.
Honey Bunny is a Croatian-Serbian co-production by the companies Eclectica (represented by producer Rea Rajčić) and Baš Čelik (represented by co-producer Jelena Mitrović). It received the support of the Croatian Audiovisual Centre, the Serbian Film Centre, Croatian Radio-Television and Creative Europe – MEDIA. The film was developed through First Films First workshop of the Goethe Institute and presented at Connecting Cottbus in 2020, where it won the Avanpost Pitch Packaging Award and the MIDPOINT Consulting Award.
