scheda film]) from the former’s novel of the same name, the story of Les rêveurs takes us back to the 1970s to chart the story of a little beat-up but moving family of dreamers who are fighting for freedom. It highlights the painful metamorphoses of adults, the vibrant colours of the time and a young woman’s encounter with the complicated world of adults as she discovers herself through theatre…
Les rêveurs is produced by Pan Cinéma (who are also steering distribution in France) in co-production with France 2 Cinéma. Pre-purchased by Canal+, the feature film also enjoys an advance on receipts from the CNC and backing from the Ile-de-France region, to name but two forms of support, where filming is due to wrap on 22 July.
