Written by Sophie Letourneur, the story of her latest opus plunges to Sardinia during the summer holidays for a family (road) trip. Claudine, soon to be 11, recounts their adventures as they go along. When Raoul, her 3-year-old brother, doesn't stop her....

L’Aventura is produced by Tourne Films (the filmmaker’s own firm) and by Thomas and Mathieu Verhaeghe on behalf of Atelier de Production. Shooting will start this summer in Sardinia before continuing in France, with Jonathan Ricquebourg heading up photography (awarded the 2017 and 2024 Lumière trophies in his speciality for Last Days of Louis XIV [+leggi anche:
