Having kicked off on 19 August, filming on Adieu monde cruel - the first feature film by director Félix de Givry (known as a producer and actor since he notably held the lead role in Eden) - wrapped on 7 October.

He goes into hiding, too ashamed to return home and, by night, he haunts the streets of his town, like a ghost. Until Léna, a girl from his high school, recognises him…
Adieu monde cruel is produced by Manon Messiant on behalf of Iliade & Films and by Félix de Givry and Ugo Bienvenu for Remembers, in co-production with Belgian outfit Umedia. Likewise supported by the Normandy region, Chanel and Procirep-Angoa, the feature film was shot over seven weeks, with Tara-Jay Bangalter heading up photography. International sales are steered by Playtime and distribution in French cinemas by Diaphana.
