Written by the director in league with Carmen Leroi, the story revolves around Julia whose pathological jealousy has ruined all her romantic relationships. Determined to preserve her love with Florence, she begins a course of psychotherapy with Doctor Albertini. But the arrival of Florence’s new colleague, Sandra, arouses Julia’s suspicions. She can’t help herself digging around, until the day Sandra is found murdered…
Dr Albertini’s Office is produced by Frédéric Niedermayer on behalf of Moby Dick Films (the director’s very faithful partner-in-crime), in co-production with Arte France Cinéma. Pre-purchased by Canal+, Ciné+ OCS and Arte, the feature film also enjoys support in the form of an advance on receipts from the CNC, as well as backing from the SOFICA companies Cofinova and La Banque Postale Image, and from the Ile-de-France region where the film will be shot in its entirety until 22 April, with Laurent Desmet (nominated for the César and Lumière in his specialty in 2019 and 2021 thanks to Mademoiselle de Joncquières [+leggi anche:
