The EFA Board decided the nominations in this category based on audience acclaim in- and outside of the country of a film’s origin, from films released outside the country of its origin between 1 June 2017 and 31 May 2018.

From 3 September to 31 October, film fans can vote for their favourite film here and win a trip to attend the 31st European Film Awards on Saturday, 15 December 2018 in Seville.
